Chamber programs offer many benefits to member businesses.
The Douglas-Coffee County Chamber of Commerce offers a full calendar of events that allow you to meet other Chamber members and forge strong business relationships. This is one of the most important benefits of membership. All you have to do is get involved! Whether you enjoy Business After Hours, a Business Expo, Chamber Trivia Night, or another event, we offer a variety of programs to meet every interest. Don’t forget to bring your business cards to share with prospective customers.

By shopping in Coffee County, you simultaneously create jobs, fund more community programs through sales tax and promote community development.
One way the Chamber promotes shopping in Coffee County is through a member participation discount program. A Chamber Advantage Card, which fits on your keychain, is available to all members. Participating businesses are listed on the card and card carriers are encouraged to never leave home without first considering great savings opportunities through the Chamber Advantage Program.

Employers in Georgia certified by the State Board of Workers' Compensation as having a drug-free workplace are entitled to a 7.5% discount on their workers' compensation premiums. The Chamber can help you meet Workers' Compensation requirements for premium discounts. A membership and participation fee is required. A company must also write a drug-free policy, implement an employee assistance program, and establish drug testing policies and procedures.

Douglas and Coffee County have always enjoyed a highly respected reputation for progressive leadership and quality of life. One of the reasons for its success is our commitment to leadership development. The Leadership Coffee program was established in 1990 for that purpose.
Participants in Leadership Coffee commit to an eight-month project that allows them to take a close look at government, education, economic development, and all issues dealing with quality of life on a local and state level. The program is designed to help participants develop leadership skills for the workplace and the community.
